Quick Pick orders are typically delivered within five to seven days. Or, for a small fee, we can deliver orders within 48 hours. Custom framing jobs may take up to seven business days and can be delivered to your home or office.

Do you ship to other areas of US or internationally?

At the moment, we only ship in and around D.C. — but services are coming to your area soon! Even if you live out of town, you can still send your friends or family members here in D.C. a special gift using our digital upload service — simply navigate to our online frame builder, upload your artwork, and input the recipient's local address.

Are there sizing limitations?

There are no size limits for our full custom framing services. Quick Pick frames are available for pictures measuring 32 x 40" or smaller.

Can i frame items other than standard photos?

Yes! We specialize in framing canvases, sports jerseys, diplomas & certificates, collages, textiles, and precious memorabilia in addition to fine art and flat prints.

Can I mix vertical and horizontal photos in the same collage?

Yes. Our layout tool supports mixed orientations within a single wall photo collage, and each window can be independently cropped so vertical and horizontal photos both fit cleanly.

Do you print the photos or do I have to insert them myself?

We handle the entire printing process for you. Every photo you upload is printed on archival lustre paper using 12-color archival giclée inks, then mounted behind the mat before shipping.

Can I adjust individual photo zoom and crops within the windows?

Yes. During the upload step, you can pan, zoom, and crop each photo individually within its own window, giving you full control over how your collage frames look before checkout.
