Quick Pick orders are typically delivered within five to seven days. Or, for a small fee, we can deliver orders within 48 hours. Custom framing jobs may take up to seven business days and can be delivered to your home or office.

Do you ship to other areas of US or internationally?

At the moment, we only ship in and around D.C. — but services are coming to your area soon! Even if you live out of town, you can still send your friends or family members here in D.C. a special gift using our digital upload service — simply navigate to our online frame builder, upload your artwork, and input the recipient's local address.

Are there sizing limitations?

There are no size limits for our full custom framing services. Quick Pick frames are available for pictures measuring 32 x 40" or smaller.

Can i frame items other than standard photos?

Yes! We specialize in framing canvases, sports jerseys, diplomas & certificates, collages, textiles, and precious memorabilia in addition to fine art and flat prints.

Why shouldn't art prints touch the glass directly?

Direct contact with glass can trap moisture against the paper, causing it to stick, ripple, or develop mold over time. Museum spacing techniques create an air gap between the artwork and glazing, allowing the paper to breathe while staying protected.

Can you frame odd or non-standard sized posters?
